on credit approved accounts.
Shipping
We ship across the USA using UPS, Airborne Express and Fed Ex.Our
customer service department hours are 9.00am to 5:00pm eastern standard

Or fax your orders 24 hours a day to 1-732-617-7441. All prices subject
to change without notice. Orders of $100.00 or less are subject to
a $7.00 processing fee, excluding sample orders.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized and returned within 7 days of receipt
of merchandise. All returns must have a return authorization number
to be accepted and must be received at Ambassador Uniform within one
week from receipt Return Authorization number. Authorized returns
will be issued Account Credit. Account Credit must be used within
the calendar year. Account Credit can not be carried over to the following
year. Sample orders must be returned within 15 days of receipt of
merchandise.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping
costs are non-refundable on all orders, including sample orders. Call

Merchandise returned for reasons which we are not responsible for
are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our in-stock items are usually
shipped within 24 hours, FOB, warehouse or place of manufacture. We
will only accept for return any of our garments which have not been
worn, damaged, altered, washed, embroidered and in their original
packaging. Specially hemmed or altered garments are not returnable.
Color variations between printed/online page in our catalog or on
our website and the fabric may vary. Open shirt packages are not returnable.
We use state of the art in-house embroidery. All artwork and embroidery
tapes remain the property of Ambassador Uniform. Depending on the
item, there may be additional price discounts on 100 pieces or more,
call for details.
